Four Years, Two Cities, A Lot of Reubens
We started Ben & Esther's with one stubborn idea: a Jewish deli that happens to be 100% vegan, and nobody has to settle for less. No sad salads. No "well, it's good for vegan food." Just real deli food that stands on its own.
That means a Reuben that actually drips. Benny's brisket piled high. A lox bagel that tastes like a Sunday morning. And the vegan bacon we're a little too proud of, the kind that makes people text their friends mid-bite.
Four years and two cities in, we're still doing it the same way: from scratch, with a little attitude, and enough food to make your bubbe nervous. Pull up a chair. You'll fit right in.
Finally made it to Ben & Esther’s after hearing so much about it, and it definitely lived up to the hype! The menu had so many good options that it was hard to choose, but I went with the RZA and it was SO good. I also tried the Biscoff cheesecake and a cookie for dessert, and both were incredible.
Ben & Esther’s Vegan Delicatessen is a must-visit spot if you’re craving classic deli comfort food with a plant-based twist. We ordered the vegan Philly cheesesteak along with a side of potato salad, and both were absolutely satisfying. The Philly was packed with flavor, featuring perfectly seasoned
This is a great deli! We enjoyed everything we ordered. We tried the lox bagel, egg, cheddar, and bacon bagel, and the Benny's brisket sandwich. They were all very delicious. I was really impressed with the vegan bacon! Highly recommend!!!
